Principles

  • I started this blog because I want to inspire people to realise how much potential they have. I want people to realise that no matter how tough things can be you can teach yourself to live the life you want.
  • I know it’s easier said than done but if I can help in anyway by sharing my own struggles and success than that’s what I plan to do.
  • I was inspired by my own little sister to challenge myself when it came to fitness and eating well. It sparked up an obsession in me were all I want to do is eat well, learn about all that is clean eating and what I put into my body.
  • Once I started changing my lifestyle I began to learn that my body and mind changed completely. I feel more energised, more motivated, my mind is clearer than it’s ever been and I feel super confident with whom I am.
  • I’ve always struggled with sleeping problems but since I started eating well I’ve gone from waking up 5-6 times a night to 2 times a night.
  • I also am a huge foodie, which of course isn’t a bad thing I mean food is one of the greatest pleasures in the world I just struggled with discipline; some would call me an emotional eater.
