I wake up Monday to Friday at 4.30 am just because my body clock is that way, except Friday and Saturday nights because I’m tired from working late at night though I still wake up around 6.3 – 7am
I have a green juice with a shot of apples cider vinegar every morning when I wake up
I Spend 1.5-2 hrs at the gym every day except Sundays is my rest day
I warm up for at least 15 mins before every work out
I am currently doing Strength training mixed with some HIIT Cardio
I stretch for 20 mins after every workout (I believe that warming up and stretching is more important than actually working out)
I have been sober for 6 months, have tried drugs, smoked and quit years ago, and decided to kick that lifestyle out of my life good bye. Except for the occasional drink here and there
I’m a huge list maker, I plan my days with everything I need to do an number the most important from 1-4 and leave the rest a general errands
I do love eating pasta, Latin food and Japanese are my favourite comfort foods – however if you want to be leaner I recommend eating them after a big work out like legs and just one treat/cheat meal , no more than that, and in my case every 2 weeks. Makes me enjoy it so much more, plus keeps me sane.
I’m obsessed with measuring and eating clean food, it’s all I eat now. If I’m still hungry I stir fry some zucchini noodles with Tuscan seasoning and devour it with 0 guilt its delicious
I forget to drink water sometimes but use an app called my water to remind to drink more everyday
I meditate almost everyday, using an app called head space it’s a guided mediation and helps me clear my mind
I do hip hop classes every Monday because I love dancing it makes me happy
I use a journal to reflect most days, keeps me focused on my goals and what’s important
I’ve stopped giving the time of the day to people who bring absolutely no value to my life
